How it works
We’ll arrange a free, fully maintained vending machine for your site. You pay nothing. A local operator installs, stocks and looks after it.
What you get
A free vending machine on your Bristol site — office, gym, salon, warehouse or similar — installed, stocked and maintained. You don’t buy the machine and you don’t run a filling round.
We arrange one local operator to provide that service. They own the machine, keep it stocked, and look after repairs. You deal with them for day-to-day service once it’s in.
Who pays
You pay Bristol Vending nothing. The operator is typically paid from what the machine sells, and places it at no charge to you. Their own site agreement, if they use one, is between you and them.
One operator, not a panel
We arrange a single local operator, with your consent. You won’t get a stack of competing sales calls. If the site isn’t a fit, or no operator will take it, we’ll say so — placement isn’t guaranteed.
The paperwork for the introduction is in our terms. That’s the detail; the offer is the machine.

After you submit
We read the form. We may email you at the address you gave if something is unclear. If the site is a candidate, we introduce one operator. They then speak to you about space, power, access and products. If they go ahead, they handle the machine from that point.
