1. Who we are

Bristol Vending (“we”). Contact: hello@bristolvending.com. We arrange introductions between Bristol premises that want a free, fully maintained vending machine and one local operator. We are not a vending operator. We do not install, stock, maintain or repair machines.

2. What you are requesting

By submitting the form you ask us to consider your premises for a single-operator introduction. If we proceed, we may ask you to e-sign (via DocuSign) a Location Introduction & Site Terms pack. The enquiry form is not a signature.

3. What we may do

We may review your information, ask follow-up questions (including preferred machine type — cold, snack, combi, coffee, etc. — power, access, and site quirks), decide the site is not a fit, or offer the location to operators with a view to introducing one of them.

4. One operator

If we proceed, we introduce one matched operator, only with your sharing consent. During an exclusive introduction period (typically 90 days from when you sign the Location pack), you appoint us as your exclusive channel for seeking an operator for that site. We do not promise that any operator will accept the site.

5. Pre-agreed site terms (for the eventual operator)

To make the site useful to an operator, the Location pack sets baseline terms so that, when an operator acquires the site through us and completes an Operator Accession, they step into those terms. Baseline terms include:

your preferred machine type(s) and access details you confirm;
the operator is responsible for installing, stocking, servicing, repairing and insuring the machine (appropriate public liability cover);
you keep power available, protect and do not obstruct the machine, report faults promptly, and allow reasonable access;
a licence to place and operate a machine on the premises — not a lease or tenancy — and landlord or building-management consent where you need it;
soft exclusivity (vending only): no competing vending machine, and no other vending operator appointed to place one, in the whole premises / trading unit at that address without the operator’s written consent;
an initial site term (typically 12 months from when the operator may place a machine) and a notice period (typically 60 days) if you cease trading or can no longer host the machine.

The operator may still ask you to agree extra terms after introduction. Unusual site conditions from an enquiry are reviewed for fit first; they are only added to the agreement in writing if needed (we may call you).

6. No guarantee of placement

We do not guarantee that a machine will be placed, or by any date. Day-to-day service levels are between you and the operator once they step in.

7. Money

You pay us nothing for the introduction. If an operator takes the site through us, they may pay us a fee (as a business purchaser, not as a consumer). That fee is not added to a bill we send you. Product revenue or commission between you and the operator is for you and them to agree (including a £0 “free machine” model).

8. Not a vending service contract with us

Nothing on this website is an offer by Bristol Vending to hire out equipment, sell food or drink, or provide maintenance. Those obligations sit with the operator under the Location pack / any later addendum.

9. Our liability

Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we exclude liability for the introduction service to the fullest extent permitted by law, including for acts or omissions of an operator and for machine or site performance.

11. English law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
